Heart to Heart

Monday nights beginning June 4th @ 7:00–8:30 PM. Join the Women’s Ministry for a 4 week fellowship. Gather for a time of fellowship, worship, teaching and getting to know other women from the church. Childcare will be provided up to 10 years. More details will follow.

Women’s Ministry “Bloom” Event

We have a great event coming up for the ladies on Saturday, May 19th from 9:00 – 10:30 a.m. called “Bloom”. This is going to be a great time to come together and get to know one another and also get a sneak peek at the Women’s Bible Study starting Monday, June 4th called “Heart to Heart”. If you are looking for an opportunity to get more involved in the church or you just want to get to know some ladies this is a great chance to do that. Also, if you are new and you just want to get a feel for what the Ladies Ministry is all about this is also the place to do that. The ladies plan on sharing lots of love and laughs at “Bloom”. If you are a single mom or your husband has better things to do on Saturday morning like golf or surf, we will have child care provided for ages 10 years and younger. There is no cost for this event, but we would still like to know how many ladies are planning on attending, so if you could sign up at the table outside that would be great.

TOGETHER: an evening of fellowship

Join us on the last Wednesday of every month for: TOGETHER. The evening will include dinner, a short message, worship, and a time of communion.

The next TOGETHER gathering will be on Wednesday, May 30th @ 6:30 PM, childcare provided for up to 3 years old.

Missionary in Thailand & Cambodia

My Mission: Mercy Ministries Foundation (Christian Happy Homes) is a Thai based organization dedicated to fulfilling the great commission of our Lord Jesus Christ while caring for the fatherless and discipling them in order that they may learn to show the love and grace of our Lord to others.

My Ministry: At Christian Happy Homes, we endeavor to provide orphans with a stable, loving home life and education (James 1:27). We also teach them the ways of the Lord as we raise them, beginning at the earliest ages (Eph. 6:4). As the children continue to grow physically and spiritually we begin preparing and equipping them for the work of the ministry (Eph. 4:11-12). Our vision for the children at CHH is fulfilled when we are able to send them out with the Lord’s call on their heart to declare the gospel of salvation in their home villages, occupations, and in any other way that the Lord may lead (Mark 16:15).

Prayer Requests: ▪ Pray that the Lord will sustain me and keep me wholly devoted to Him.

▪ Pray that the Lord will give me wisdom in leading the staff at Christian Happy Homes.

▪ Pray that the Lord will always be at the center of this ministry.

▪ Pray that the Lord will give us strength to withstand the evil one.

The Simon Family Missionaries in East Asia

Our Mission: Bringing the Gospel to those who have never heard in the urban centers of East Asia through a community ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ.

Our Ministry: We reach out to the families and young professionals in the local community through teaching home Bible studies for families, men’s and women’s discipleship groups, and small group investigative Bible studies for seekers. We build relationships with people in local English clubs, schools and businesses, and through these relationships share the Gospel. We also serve as a resource for local house churches, training and equipping a new generation of leaders in the church.

Prayer Requests:

For language skills to continue to improve

For the Holy Spirit to prepare the hearts of those they will meet so that they will eagerly receive the Gospel

For God’s protection in health and security issues

For God’s provision financially and spiritually

For their marriage to remain strong as they minister and face new challenges
